What happens if I arrive at the Airshow without a valid car Pass or person Ticket?
Flying Legends tickets are only available in advance and must be pre-booked along with a vehicle pass.
It is NOT possible to purchase any tickets on the day. Please only arrive at Church Fenton, Leeds East Airport if you have a vehicle pass and a ticket for every person in the vehicle.
Do Children need tickets?
Yes. Please select a free ticket for under fives and purchase a discount ticket for children aged five to sixteen.
Where can I purchase Flying Legends tickets from?
E-Ticket
For each transaction irrespective of ticket type you will be sent an email containing your e-ticket. This e-ticket permits you access onto the site through the dedicated ticket booths. E-tickets can be presented either in printed format or on your smartphone. For Sky Lounge pass holders you will have dedicated priority check in at this location where you will be issued with your Sky Lounge pass with lanyard.
Why am I charged a booking fee?
A 2% booking fee is added to each purchase to help offset some of the fees imposed by card merchants.
Shuttle Bus Service
We are pleased to offer our Flying Legends clients a Free Shuttle Bus service from Church Fenton Rail Station on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th July to Church Fenton, Leeds East Airport. PLEASE NOTE you must purchase a Network Rail train ticket for this portion of your journey.
We will be running the shuttle service from 07:45 every 20 minutes thereafter until the last Shuttle at 14:00
Your airshow E-Ticket is your proof of entitlement to travel on this service and will need to be displayed to the bus driver.
For returns from Church Fenton, Leeds East Airport we will be operating the shuttle service commencing at 16:30 and thereafter on a rolling basis until the last shuttle bus departs at 19:30
Please note the transit time has been estimated at 6 to 8 minutes
Complimentary Car Pass and Parking
Vehicle passes are colour coded and valid for your selected day of attendance. Once selected, your vehicle pass will be posted to your nominated address
On approach to the Airfield, when you pick up the Flying Legends Airshow signage, disregard your satnav.
Please note that Main Car Parks could be in undulating grass fields.
Your vehicle pass will be dispatched via Royal Mail to your nominated postal address free of charge.
Sky Lounge Parking
Priority VIP Parking for guests attending the Sky Lounge is available .
Please follow signage to 'SKY LOUNGE VIP'.
Your vehicle pass will be dispatched via Royal Mail to your nominated postal address free of charge.
Accessible / Blue Badge Parking
Dedicated parking for our guests in receipt of a Blue badge or international equivalent are limited, and only available at time of purchasing your required Flying Legends ticket. Parking is extremely limited so can only be booked by calling The Flying Legends Box Office +441315264470. An E-Ticket checkpoint will be located in this area. There is no dedicated enclosure for wheelchair users. Please note, it is not possible to hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter.

Can I return to my vehicle during the airshow?
Due to various flight safety and aircraft display line rules, some of our car parking areas will be inaccessible during the airshow display.
Guests arriving by taxi or on foot
Guests arriving by taxi will be dropped at a clearly signposted drop off / pick up point.
Complimentary Flight Line Walk
The Flight Line Walk which is complimentary to ALL Flying Legends visitors will be open from 08:00 to 12:00 on both Saturday and Sunday.
Lost or mislaid E-Ticket confirmation

Motorcycle Parking
Motorcycle parking will be available at Flying Legends 2023. Please be sure to follow road signage for directions for motorcycles as this will ensure you arrive at the correct point. You do not require a car / vehicle pass.
Bicycle Parking
Bicycle racks will be provided in the general car park area. Bicycle owners are reminded to remove all valuables and properly secure (lock) their bicycle in the bicycle racks provided. You do not require a car / vehicle pass.
Coach / Group Bookings
Groups of ten or more can be booked by calling the Flying Legends Box Office on +441315264470.
Can I bring folding chairs to the airshow?
You are welcome to bring a folding chair to the event. Please note, it is not permissible to erect any structures, including wind breaks, gazebos, stepladders etc anywhere on the site.
Catering on Site
There will be a range of food and drink concessions available throughout the site from 08:00 to 19:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Vintage Entertainment
During the mornings of the airshow we have a host of complimentary attractions for you to view, ranging from live music, re-enactor groups to exhibitors and traders.
Wifi
There will be no Wifi available across the site
Programmes
Flying Legends Souvenir programmes will be available to purchase from trade stands across the site during the airshow weekend at £8:00.
Toilet Facilities
Toilet facilities including disabled and baby changing will be located throughout the main airport site.
Pets
As pet lovers, we do not consider this event to be suitable for dogs and or other pets. Please do not bring animals to the event apart from guide dogs and assistance dogs. (Animals left in vehicles will be liberated).
